I took the Exam pro(10-class package), and it was the best decision I made to get the results that I wanted in a short period of time. Since I'm living in a completely different time zone it really helped me that there was a variety of hours I could schedule my classes. Currently I don't get the opportunity to speak in english to anybody, also the last time I had studied english was in highschool so my english was completely rusty. The teacher, Natalie, was amazing! She made sure I understood my mistakes, and also showed me how to improve my writing and learn from my mistakes. Furthermore, she also gave me loads of tips to speak more fluidly, and how to sound better as well. Another very important thing was to remind me to breathe when I'm nervous or when I forget a word. I'm so glad that I took this course. Honestly, the only bad thing is that it ended because the classes were so fun that I even forgot about all the pressure of taking the IELTS.

I needed to get BAND 7+ on an IELTS test, I still needed some tips on the writing part of it. I scheduled some writing mock tests with Maria and it was AWESOME. She guided me with an initial wake up call that I had to focus more on the IELTS way of writing. I changed how I approached the exercise and it worked. I already had most of the english skills needed for the test, but I was lacking how to put those skills to practice. Thanks for the English for Canada tips. I've had classes at English for Canada twice, both times I was incredibly surprised by the grades I got on IELTS Academic, and now CELPIP General. A few years ago I studied for IELTS with Orisha to apply for college, and now I studied for CELPIP with Natalie to apply for Permanent Residency. Both instructors were great, easy to talk to, supportive, fun and knowledgeable! There is a ton of free study material on the internet, but nothing compares to the feedback Maria and her team can give you, especially in your Speaking and Writing tasks.
